Nestled in a serene corner, the Boutique Hotel Scheepers was just what I needed for a rejuvenating escape. With its tranquil ambiance, it provided the perfect environment for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The en-suite bathroom featured a whirlpool that became my go-to for relaxation, and the spa services offered a delightful treat for both body and mind. I particularly appreciated the sunbathing terrace, where I could soak in the sun while sipping on a refreshing drink. The hotel staff were consistently helpful, providing local insights and ensuring the ambience was calm and welcoming throughout my stay. While I didn't partake in the shuttle service, it's a handy feature who might want to explore further afield. Just a five-minute walk to the bustling town centre made it easy to enjoy a gentle stroll or pop out for a meal. While my experience was overall quite good, the mattress could use an update. Nonetheless, I definitely see myself returning to Hotel Scheepers when I find myself back in Kerkrade. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this hotel might just be the place for you.
